  • Offered annually to an undergraduate student in the Haskayne School of Business with preference given to students enrolled in the Real Estate Studies concentration. Enrolled full-time but need not be carrying a full course load
  • Academic merit.
  • Must have successfully completed Real Estate Development and Urbanization REAL 317
