Making a booking
For mailed exams:
We prefer at least 10 business days between submitting your booking form and the exam date. This allows enough time for your exam to arrive from your home institution. If you require an earlier booking and your exam can be express-mailed, we’ll try to accommodate your request.
For emailed/online exams:
We prefer at least five business days between submitting your booking form and the exam date. If you need an earlier booking, contact us and we’ll try to accommodate your request.
Note: Are you acting on behalf of an institution, business or professional organization? Please contact us directly to make exam writing arrangements for your students.

COVID-19 Precautions
We are following guidelines established by Alberta Health Services. Face coverings are required in all indoor public spaces at the University of Calgary, in alignment with the City of Calgary's bylaw; please wear one as you enter the exam centre. If you are ill or experiencing symptoms of any kind, please notify us and do not attend the exam. We will happily reschedule you at no additional cost. Physical distancing must be followed; please adhere to the signage on campus. All of our surfaces are cleaned thoroughly after use; your safety is of paramount importance. What to bring
You’ll need to show us a piece of valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival. Every exam is slightly different so it’s important to follow the regulations set out by your institution. Your instructor or organization should provide you with a list of permissible items.
In light of COVID-19, you are encouraged to bring as little as possible with you to your exam. Where materials are required, please try to bring your own (pencils, pens, etc).
Storing your belongings
We can provide you with a locker while you’re writing your exam. Cellphones, smart watches, and other non-permissible items must remain in the locker for the duration of the exam (or you can leave them at home).
