Get Money Smart with our online financial literacy training!

Learn about budgeting and cash flow in our online training program. Completing all four modules will earn you a Financial Literacy Basics badge to display on your LinkedIn profile and will automatically enter you into our draw! Prizes include two $500 awards, six swag boxes and more. Show off your learning skills to potential employers and complete four additional optional modules to achieve a Financial Literacy Champion badge.

The four core modules of this program include the following topics:

Module 1

Module 1: Budgeting and annual cash flow statement

You will learn why you should consider preparing a budget, how and why you should set financial goals, and how to set tell the difference between wants and needs.

Module 2

Module 2: Saving and time value of money

You will learn about savings and investment, the options available for each, as well as the value of money at different points in time.

Module 3

Module 3: Basics of credit

You will learn about types of credit, lending institutions, the terminology associated with credit, and different types of loans.

Module 4

Module 4: Debt management

You will learn how to manage your debt, good debt versus bad debt, debt repayment and what your options are if your debt becomes overwhelming.
