The GBT Award provides financial support to PURE student researchers interested in travelling to conferences or symposiums to share their PURE summer research findings as part of a knowledge translation process.

Award description

  • Offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student enrolled full-time at the University of Calgary
  • Academic merit
  • Must have been awarded a PURE, Alberta Innovates (AI) and Undergraduate Student Research Awards (USRA) award in the previous year Must be presenting research or project details at a conference within six months of the application
