ISS Marketing Submission

Please fill out this form if you’d like the ISS team to promote your event or initiative in our newsletter, event calendar or social media accounts.

Submission deadlines:

  • Social media: three days’ notice
  • Newsletter: ISS newsletters are sent weekly on Wednesdays. Please ensure that you submit your content by Thursday of the week prior.

Recommended image sizes

  • Facebook: 1200 x 630 pixels
  • Instagram: 1080 x 1080 pixels
  • Newsletter: 600 x 500 pixels
  • Events calendar: 600 x 400 pixels
