My M.Sc. project under the supervision of Dr. Joern Davidsen concerns with the role of non-local coupling in models of chemical/biological systems and synchronization of populations of coupled oscillators. In such interaction scheme, the strength of coupling decays with spatial distance, and as a result provides a flavour of realism to oscillator models.
