Sane du Plessis

Sané is currently completing an MSc degree in the department of Neuroscience at the University of Calgary. For her research project, Sané will be exploring the application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) treatment to the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex in patients with persistent post-concussion syndrome. She will also be looking at how functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) can be used as a biomarker of response for patients with persistent post-concussion syndrome treated with rTMS.
