Withdrawing from a course? Your student status won't change
If you began the term as a full- or part-time student, you’ll keep that status even if you withdraw from a course. That means you’ll still be eligible for things like student loans, awards or other supports. Before withdrawing, talk to an academic advisor to fully understand the impacts.
Find the Credit Granted eForm in a new location
Starting Dec. 9, the Credit Granted eForm will be found under the Exams and Grades tab in your Student Centre (myucalgary.ca). Access the eForm to apply for Credit Granted grading. We recommend connecting with an academic advisor to understand how using the CG option may impact you.
Important dates for Fall Term 2025
- Dec. 19: Final exams end
- Dec. 25–31: Holiday observance (University closure)
Fee payment and service request delays this month
Please be advised that online fee payments and service requests will be delayed due to the holiday closure. Any payments or requests made Dec. 19, 2025 to Jan. 2, 2026 won't be processed to student accounts until Jan. 5, 2026.
