What are my responsibilities in respect of the Code of Conduct?
Employees, Academic Staff Members, Appointees and Volunteer Appointees have a responsibility to conduct university activities ethically and to comply with the Code of Conduct.
What happens if I fail to comply with my responsibilities under the Code of Conduct?
Breaches of the Code of Conduct can result in discipline, up to and including termination (depending on the provisions of any applicable collective agreement).
What should I do if I think that someone else has breached the Code of Conduct?
The Procedure for Protected Disclosures provides that alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct may be reported to any of the following:
- a manager, supervisor, or dean
- the Protected Disclosure Advisor
