Postdoctoral Associate Annual Evaluation

The annual evaluation is a formal opportunity for supervisors to meet with their employees regarding their performance.

The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assist postdoctoral associates in improving the quality of their work, assess their performance, and document the work they performed. It also provides an opportunity to record achievements over the past year, identify and discuss any performance concerns, and summarize the insights gained during one-on-one meetings throughout the year.

The process is initiated when supervisors receive an email notification that a postdoctoral associate is approaching the anniversary of their date of hire.

Online evaluation documents for the postdoctoral associate will be in PeopleSoft. Navigate to: MyUofC>Manager Self Service> Probation and Performance> Performance Reviews> Current Documents.
