Compensation Disclosure

To comply with the Alberta Government’s Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act (2015), the University of Calgary must disclose the name, position, compensation, non-monetary benefits and severance for all employees whose total compensation, plus severance, exceeds an annual threshold. UCalgary’s Board of Governors are volunteers, with no remuneration, so board members have no compensation to disclose. Disclosure must be published annually on or before June 30 for compensation paid in the previous calendar year and on or before December 31 for severances paid or became entitled to January 1 – June 30 of the current calendar year.

For questions or concerns regarding the University of Calgary’s disclosure list, contact the Office of the Vice-President, Services at vps@ucalgary.ca. For correction notices, visit the University’s internal Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act webpage and see the Frequently Asked Questions section.
