The exit survey was designed to identify organizational factors that impact a Faculty or Staff member’s decision to leave the University of Calgary. The survey results can be broken down by faculty or department but it is primarily intended to identify general trends and provide information for future organizational planning and development.
All administration is done through the Human Resources department.
The results are completely confidential and only aggregate results will be reported. A respondent’s survey results are not shared, unless permission to share survey results is provided.
A faculty or department summary report may be generated annually and sent to the leader or leaders in those units. Ad hoc reports, providing aggregate results, may be provided upon request.
Yes. A request for an in-person interview with Human Resources can be made by completing question twelve in the survey and providing your name and contact information. Alternatively, you can contact your HR Partner.
