Retirement Programs

At the University of Calgary, we have a Defined Benefit (DB) pension plan with 100% employer matching.
Our pension plan provides pre-determined monthly pension payments for your lifetime; including cost of living increases.
Employees considering early retirement may be able to access pension as early as age 55.
New to the University of Calgary and transferring with pension from another plan? There may be an option to purchase prior service (based on eligibility criteria).
