HR Partners provide strategic workforce support to their client group, primarily working with senior leadership, focusing on high complexity cases

HR Associate Partners provide day to day operational workforce support to their client group, primarily working with front line leaders

Examples of strategic workforce support include workplace reorganization, conflict resolution/employee relations, change management, leadership coaching, strategic recruitment, facilitation of succession planning/talent reviews, performance management issues, complex collective agreement issues, and workforce planning.
