Improve your mood, health, and relationships

Happiness Basics is a four-week group program for people who want to enhance or maintain current happiness, those experiencing mild/moderate depression, or are feeling stuck in neutral (not necessarily depressed, but not really happy either).

The workshop is positive, empowering, and experiential and based on the principles of positive psychology. You'll learn twelve skills to promote more positive emotions and experiences. Happiness Basics has been found to contribute to improved mood, health, relationships, vitality and energy.

Attendance at weekly sessions is required. Talk to the facilitator if you need to miss a session.

The next Happiness Basics program will start on January 26.
