Group programs
Build the skills you need to deal with the concerns you're having through our group programs. Groups are facilitated by psychologists and social workers from the mental health team. Some groups may be offered virtually due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Our group programs are available to students only. If you have questions about our groups, please email Megan MacKay at megan.mackay@ucalgary.ca
Are you dealing with higher than usual stress or anxiety? Register for one of our group programs created to give you the skills to help get them under control.
