MaPS
Total Rewards Statement
Now Available!
People and Culture is excited to introduce a new Total Rewards Statement. Available on March 7, 2025, the statement provides Management and Professional Staff (MaPS) visibility to their comprehensive rewards package (e.g., pension, benefits, etc) in a single place.
The statement is a ‘look back’ on what has been received and/or utilized over a defined review period and is intended to create an increased sense of transparency and appreciation by staff for their total rewards package.
To view your Total Rewards Statement, navigate to Employee Self Service on the My UCalgary portal. Note: in order to see your total rewards statement, you need to be an active MaPS employee.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact UService hr@ucalgary.ca or Total Rewards totalrewards@ucalgary.ca.
