Postdoctoral Associates

Postdoctoral Associates who are employees of the university and receive funding through a supervising member grant, a University grant, or an endowment/donation administered by the university.

Graduate Assistant Research (GAR)

Graduate Assistants (Research) are enrolled graduate students who support faculty-led research projects. Their duties, distinct from the graduate student’s program of study, may include collecting research data, interviewing research subjects, conducting bibliographic work, performing general research services, and carrying out academic projects.

Research Management Staff

Fixed Term MaPS appointments are term roles offered on a full-time or part-time basis to manage staff and operations for a defined period with a clear start and end date.

Hourly (Recurring, Casual, and Student)

Hourly support staff roles provide flexible, short-term or ongoing support and are paid based on hours worked, including recurring, casual, and student appointments; recruitment is driven by operational needs and role duration.
