How to Apply

The Radiation Oncology Physics Program participates in the Medical Physics Match Program. Registration in the Match Program is required before an application is submitted.  Please go to https://natmatch.com/medphys/ and click on Applicants tab for more information. *Registration for Fall 2024 is now closed*.  Follow the Medical Physics Match Program for updates in late 2024.

After registration in the Match Program (link above), please also submit applications directly via email to medical.physics@ahs.ca. Applications must include a cover letter, CV, university transcripts (unofficial OK), and names of 3 references.  Please note that reference letters will be requested for select applicants and will be required by late January.  The successful candidate will be selected based on the Tom Baker Cancer Centre rankings, together with the candidate rankings by the Medical Physics Match Program algorithm.  Candidates will be notified by the match program of their site match.

All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and Permanent Residents of Canada will be given priority.  Please indicate your status on your cover letter.
