Journal Club is held weekly each semester. One student will prepare an article each week for discussion, debate, or critique. In Fall , each student will prepare an article for debate. Articles are due by the Friday preceding the Journal Club session, and must be e-mailed to the student lead.

Options for students to take workshops to enhance their teaching skills are available each semester through the University of Calgary Taylor Institute of Teaching and Learning. 

Additional Ethics courses are offered in conjunction with Journal Club. Students are strongly advised to take these courses when offered if they can accommodate it in their schedules.
