Spring/Summer terms (May - Aug.): Applications open Nov 1

Family Housing applications are accepted anytime. You must be a student or affiliated with the university to live in Family Housing.

An advance payment is made to secure your room and is due on the date specified in your Offer of Residence.

UCalgary offers an All You Care to Eat (AYCTE) meal plan. With multiple options of fresh food available, students can choose to eat whatever they like, whenever they like and as much as they need to nourish themselves throughout the year.

Room Selection

First-year students are assigned a room and can request to be entered into preferred room type for lottery through their application. Upper year students can choose their room.
