Destiny is a Research Coordinator in the Sport Injury Prevention Research Center (SIPRC). Destiny graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelors in Kinesiology in May 2020, where she played on the varsity women’s soccer team. There, she spent much of her time focusing on exercise science and working with various populations within the community to get them active and promote healthy lifestyles. She recently obtained her MSc in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary with SIPRC examining the dissemination and implementation of neuromuscular training injury prevention warm-up programs in youth soccer. When not in the lab, Destiny enjoys exploring Alberta, playing soccer and snowboarding.
