Najratun Pinky
Njaratun is working on novel neuroimaging approaches to diagnose sport related concussion and inform return to play. She has three groups of youth hockey players: recently concussed, returning to play and healthy controls. She will be working on different modalities of MRI such as Resting State Functional MRI, Diffusion Tensor Imaging, Perfusion Imaging and Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping. Njaratun will also explore machine learning methods to combine complementary information from different MRI modalities and develop a model that can best describe brain's response to concussion and its recovery.
