My Normative, founded by University of Calgary alumna Danika Kelly, is on a mission to bridge the gender data gap in health research with innovative, female-focused health tracking solutions. Inspired by the need for more inclusive health data, My Normative emphasizes sex and gender differences to improve health outcomes through comprehensive data collection and analysis.

The company offers a suite of services including data collection, management, analytics, and knowledge translation, delivered via customizable platforms on iOS, Android, and the web. These services empower health researchers, healthcare systems, and clinical research organizations to enhance their impact and optimize costs.

My Normative's approach is tailored to fit existing treatment models, budgets, and timelines, ensuring seamless integration and maximum benefit. The program includes interactive workshops, group sessions, and ongoing support, designed to engage neuro-diverse learners. This holistic strategy improves recovery outcomes, builds recovery capital, and creates a positive ripple effect on communities and economies by transforming underemployed individuals into net contributors.

Danika Kelly reflects, "Our goal is to make health data more inclusive and actionable, ultimately improving health outcomes for everyone." This vision drives My Normative's commitment to publishing accessible findings and empowering participants with health literacy.

My Normative collaborates with publicly funded researchers, healthcare systems, and pharmaceutical companies, helping them scale research, meet Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) requirements, and manage data effectively. Successful collaborations have enhanced the effectiveness of health interventions and built trust within communities.

Dedicated to improving health outcomes through inclusive data, My Normative helps individuals discover their intrinsic value and achieve meaningful careers.
