Elysa Sandron
Elysa Sandron is a research coordinator in the Sports Injury Prevention Research Centre. She completed a BSc in Biological Sciences, and an MSc in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. Elysa is a research coordinator on Dr. Emery’s SHRed Injuries: Preventing Injuries and their Consequences in Youth Sport and Recreation and the Adapted Sport and Recreation Camp Study project. When not involved in research, Elysa is an elite rugby player and volunteers as a coach for club and high school rugby teams. She also is one of the founding members and coordinators of an adapted swim program, WeSwim Calgary for youth with disabilities.
