Sustainability Resource Centre Space Booking Form

Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at the SRC! The form for booking the space is provided on the next page. For your request to be successfully approved, please keep in mind the following: 

  1. Hours: The SRC is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. In special circumstances, events can also be booked outside of these hours.  
  2. Audience: The SRC can only be booked by current students, faculty, and staff. 
  3. Two-weeks' notice: Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the requested booking date. We strive to accommodate all requests, but please allow up to two business days for your request to be processed.
  4. Purpose: Your event must relate to at least one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). You can learn more about the SDGs here.
  5. Space policy: All events must align with the University of Calgary Space Policy. Please note, alcohol is not permitted in the space.

Completing this form does not guarantee your booking is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation from sustain@ucalgary.ca once the requested space has been booked.

Sustainability Resource Centre Office Hours are 9:00 A.M.- 4:30 p.m. The SRC will be locked and inaccessible to the public beyond these hours. If your event takes place outside of these hours, please ensure that someone arrives into the SRC within Office Hours to ensure that the SRC will be accessible to them.
The SRC is an open concept space with 6 separatable pods and mobile chairs. Maximum occupancy of attendees is 40.
