Effective Thursday, Feb. 29, the ticket submission webform will only be used for requests related to web updates, News System publishing and Marketo approvals. Our team will continue to support requests related to marketing/communications planning, support, graphic design, or other comprehensive projects.
We provide marketing and communication support to all areas within Student Experience and Support.
There are many tools available to help get your message out, including social media, digital screens, emails, printed materials, and the UCalgary website. Whether you need something specific or don't really know what you need, fill out a request form and we'll be happy to partner with you to make your initiative a success.
Project completion times
- Marketing and communications support: To work together on creating and executing a marketing and communications plan, please connect with us three months in advance or your event or launch date.
- Website changes: Allow three working days for the changes to be made.
- Printed materials: Requests should be made one month before the required delivery date.
- Marketo emails: Requests for new emails should be made one week in advance of when the email should be sent.
- Social media: Place your request one week in advance so that we can integrate it into our planning.
