Residence Waivers

All Residence Services and Residence Education Team events & activities must be pre-approved by the Manager, Residence Education.

For the waiver specific to your event/activity, select from the list below.

The residence waivers listed below are only accessible by members if the Residence Education Team. If you are not part of that group, please contact the manager of Residence Education to inquire about your event or activity.

Please check the upper left-hand corner of any waiver that you intend to use and ensure that the date is June 4^th, 2021, or newer. If the waiver displays a date older than June 4^th, 2021, it is no longer a valid document. In that circumstance, please contact riskmgmt@ucalgary.ca to request an updated copy.
