Register to Drive
If approved, you will have insurance coverage any time you are driving a UCalgary vehicle or rental vehicle on university business. This is subject to the conditions outlined in the online registration form.
UCalgary Defensive Driving Course
Complete the online Defensive Driving Course and email your notification of completion to drivers@ucalgary.ca
Driving Registration Form
Complete the driving registration form and get approved by your departmental approver.
*If you Drive for more than one department, only register once with your primary department.
Authorization From Approver
The form will go to the departmental approver who will decide whether or not you are added to the driver list.
Email Confirmation
After the departmental approver has reviewed your information, you will receive email confirmation indicating if approval has been granted.
Added to Driver List
If approval is granted, you will be added to the University of Calgary driver list.
