Corey Hogan

Corey Hogan has been Associate Vice-President (Communications) since joining the University of Calgary in 2020, and served as Interim Vice-President, Advancement (Communications) in 2021. He was also one of the strategy co-leads for Ahead of Tomorrow, the University of Calgary’s strategic plan. 

Prior to joining the University, Corey headed communications and public engagement for the Alberta Government from 2016-2020. Other past leadership roles have included National Director of Engagement Strategies for global consulting firm Hill & Knowlton and Chief Strategy Officer for communications technology firm Northweather. Corey holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.
