(Honours) in Earth Sciences from Memorial University of Newfoundland (2016). Combining his two fields of interest, Sean’s research focuses on the bioremediation of petroleum hydrocarbons in Canada’s northern marine environments. He is interested in developing environmental baseline profiles of indigenous microbial communities and assessing their potential for bioremediation of oil contaminants.
