The Minor in Communications Studies is regulated by the section of the Faculty of Arts Graduation Requirements entitled 3.4.4 Minor Fields. Students must successfully complete at least 5.0 and not more than 6.0 full-course equivalents from the Field of Communications Studies. The Communications Studies Minor also requires:
1. Communications Studies 201, 363 or 369, 371, and 381.
2. An additional 1.5 full-course equivalents from Communications Studies 363 (if not taken to satisfy item 1. above); Communications Studies 401, 407, 435, 463, 469, 471, 473, 475, 481, 501, 503, 505; and Science, Technology and Society 341, 421.
3. An additional 1.5 full-course equivalents from the list of “Courses with a Focus on Communications” within the Field of Communications Studies (with the exception of Communications Studies 361 and 580).
