Diversity Enhances Excellence

Myth: Equity, diversity, and inclusion undermine excellence, merit, and quality.

Reality: Equity, diversity, and inclusion enable excellence, quality, and merit. There is no necessary trade-off between equity and excellence. The research shows that diversity enhances high standards and quality outcomes.

Diversity is talent…sounds paradoxical but this is a mathematical fact and it is an empirical fact…diversity is a form of ability.
