Welcome Centre

Are you an incoming student that's new to Calgary? Whether from another country or another province, the Welcome Centre is here to help you feel at home in Calgary and on campus.

The Welcome Centre is currently closed.

We reopen this fall to support incoming new-to-Calgary students. See you soon!

About us

The Welcome Centre is a short-run transition program for incoming students new to living in Calgary. We open every year in August and close before the fall term begins.

At the Welcome Centre, student staff are available to support incoming students by directing them to campus resources and preparing them for the fall term. They can also assist with transition needs, like adjusting to living in a new city, such as finances, accommodations, things to do in Calgary and more.
