When do I apply to graduate?

Near the end of your program, you must complete an application to graduate to start the graduation process (whether you're attending the convocation ceremony or not).

Note: The application to graduate is currently open. If you are completing your degree requirements within the winter 2023 term, please submit your application to graduate.

Program requirements completed:

  1. By end of summer term

    Eligible conferral: Fall convocation

  2. By end of fall term

    Eligible conferral: Winter conferral*

  3. By end of winter term

    Eligible conferral: Spring convocation

* There is no graduation ceremony connected with the Winter conferral. As an eligible student, you're invited to attend the Spring ceremony or you can request to have your degree mailed.
