Getting your parchment
The fastest way to get your parchment is to attend your convocation ceremony. However, if you're unable to attend, you have the following options.
You can:
- Complete a mailing request form, found on our student forms page; or
- Pick it up in-person June 17, 18 or 19, 2025 (between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.) at Enrolment Services on the second floor of the Hunter Student Commons building (HNSC).

Degree reprints
The university provides one copy of the parchment (the degree); however, due to extraordinary circumstances, a replacement degree may be issued.
A degree reprint form is available if needed. The new degree will be marked "duplicate" with the date it was reprinted.

You can use the following options to provide proof of graduation from the university:

Getting your official transcripts
Did you know an official transcript can be used as proof of your degree?
Your credentials will appear on your transcript once your faculty have approved you.
Employer education and graduation verification
An employer can contact the university directly to obtain verification of your credentials.
