Accessing your UCalgary documents has never been quicker or easier than it is now. Learn more about how to access your documents below.

Getting your parchment

The fastest way to get your parchment is to attend your convocation ceremony. However, if you're unable to attend, you have the following options.

Degree reprints

The university provides one copy of the parchment (the degree); however, due to extraordinary circumstances, a replacement degree may be issued.

degree reprint form is available if needed. The new degree will be marked "duplicate" with the date it was reprinted.

Proof of degree

You can use the following options to provide proof of graduation from the university:

Transcript

An official transcript can be used as proof of your degree. Your credentials will appear on your transcript once you've been approved by your faculty.

Certified copy of degree

The Office of the Registrar can make certified true copies of your degree. Mail your parchment to the convocation office to have it certified. The certified copy of degree form is available online.

Confirmation of credential(s)

When you graduate from UCalgary, your credential will be awarded (conferred) on your ceremony date. After this date, you'll be eligible to obtain a confirmation of credential letter.

eParchments

Official eParchments are added to your MyCreds™ digital wallet at MyCreds.ca one month after your convocation or conferral date. They’re currently only available to alumni who graduated in 2022 or later.

Getting your official transcripts

Did you know an official transcript can be used as proof of your degree?
Your credentials will appear on your transcript once your faculty have approved you.

Employer education and graduation verification
