Section 87.1 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, RSA 2000, c F-25 requires that the following be included for each Personal Information Bank (PIB):

• Title and location of the personal information
• Description of the kind of personal information and the categories of individuals whose personal information is included
• Purposes for which the personal information is collected or compiled, as well as the purposes for which it is used or disclosed
• Legal authority for the collection of personal information
