Software download
The University of Calgary and IT has software available for current students. After logging in, you may find software useful for research including: ArcGIS, Matlab, and those specific for Schulich School of Engineering disciplines.
You may also download the Forticlient VPN used for remote work.

Getting to University from the YYC airport via public transit (as of May 2024):
There are two main buses from the airport (300 and 100). The airport signs may have a "bus" symbol. The bus stops are located outside by the marked pillars (Pillar#7 from Door #2 and #32 from Door #15 for international/US arrivals)
Depending on the time of arrival, the fastest route is typically the 300 (City Centre) into the 20 (Heritage); there are also C-trains from the downtown City Centre.
