The People, Processes & Solutions team receives and processes thousands of requests / transactions each month. Prioritization is given to transactions to ensure employees have the appropriate status to be able to perform their work and employees are paid on a timely basis. The Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP) is the pension plan offered to Support Staff (AUPE) at the University of Calgary. To learn more about the Public Service Pension Plan, go to the PSPP website. Participation is mandatory for pension-eligible positions.

The Universities Academic Pension Plan (UAPP) is the pension plan available to Management and Professional Staff and Academic Staff at the University of Calgary. Participation is mandatory for pension-eligible positions.
