Need someone to talk to?

Access peer support where student volunteers can talk to you about issues, tell you about on- and off-campus services, or just spend some time listening to you vent.

Volunteers are trained in active listening and helping skills. Everything you tell them is confidential, unless you're at risk of harming yourself or someone else.

Peer support is available in-person at the WRC during our regular office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Peer support is also available virtually by calling 403.220.8551 or emailing women@ucalgary.ca to set up a time on Zoom
