In order to be admitted to the Minor, student must have successfully completed a minimum of 12 units. Students will be required to meet a competitive grade point average (GPA). See also 3.2 Admission.
The Field of Nanoscience is defined as:
3 units - One of Mathematics 249, 265, 275
6 units - Chemistry 201 or 211 and 203 or 213; or Chemistry 209 and 3 units of Nanoscience Options (listed below)
3 units - Nanoscience Options selected from the list below:
6 units - Nanoscience 301 and 401
3 units - Nanoscience 511, 512, 598
3 units - One of Mathematics 249, 265 or 275
18 units - Nanoscience 301, 401, 502, 511 and 599
