The Management and Society program is designed to expose students to the various aspects of the role of management in our institutions and society. It is intended to prepare graduates in other disciplines for practicing their skills in a business environment, but is not equivalent to the level of knowledge gained in the Bachelor of Commerce.

In order to complete the requirements for a Minor in Management and Society, students must take 30 units as outlined below, with a maximum of 15 units transferred from an institution outside of the University of Calgary. A maximum of 6 units with a "D" or "D+" grade in a non-prerequisite course is permitted.
