Courses at both the 200-level (designed for first-year students) and 300-level are survey courses with no prerequisites. The research topics courses Greek and Roman Studies 413-457 (except Greek and Roman Studies 431) do not have specific prerequisites, but students are strongly advised to have taken at least two 300-level Greek and Roman Studies courses with grades of at least "C-" before enrolling in them.
