An offer of conditional admission for the Fall Term may be granted to students with good grade point averages who meet basic admission requirements to the University of Calgary as stated in this Calendar and are currently registered in a post-secondary institution. Conditional admission will be based upon the grade point average on the most recently completed transfer courses to a maximum of five full-course equivalents (thirty credits).
Conditional admission is the primary route of admission for international applicants who are currently registered at a post-secondary institution outside Canada or the United States. Applicants who are not granted conditional admission will be considered for admission as time and resources permit when transcripts reporting final grades and other required documents are received.
Admission will be subject to verification of admissibility upon receipt of required official transcripts showing final grades. If admission requirements are not met or official transcripts verifying admissibility are not received by June 30, admission will be rescinded.
Applicants whose application and supporting documents are received by March 31 will be automatically considered for conditional admission.
Applicants may wish to contact the faculty office or the Recruitment and Admissions Office for detailed information.
