Professor Speaks at Canadian Bar Association and University of Toronto

Professor Alice Woolley is speaking at the national Forum on Ethics in Toronto as well as being the keynote speaker for the University of Toronto's Feminist Law Students' Association. The Ethics Forum is hosted by the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Federation of Law Societies of Canada in Toronto. This event brings together a small group of legal academics and professionals for a day of intense discussion, debate and review.  More information can be found here

The U of T's Feminist Law Students' Association is hosting an event called #LawNeedsFeminismBecause on March 3, 2017. The event is creating awareness and sparking discussions about the status of women and the role of feminism in law and the legal industry. Professor Woolley will be giving a brief address on feminism and the law and speaking on a recent article which she co-authored with Elysa Darling.
