Flight Dynamics & Control

The dynamics and control of an aerial system are key aspects in take off, flight, and landing.

About

The focus of this research theme stems from the department of Electrical and Software Engineering, alongside Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering.

Some of the research that surrounds Flight Dynamics and Control include modelling and controlling aircraft subject to aerodynamic ground and wall effects, and data-driven techniques for controlling flow separation or wake instabilities.
