Overview
Dr. Mahdis Bisheban is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. As a researcher in engineering, her research is based on the existing knowledge in the field and formed through past research projects to develop new theories and applications to address industry problems. Her research is focused on two pillars: (i) Autonomous Unmanned Aerial Robots and (ii) Aerial and Underwater Biologically Inspired Robots. Her current research topics include System Identification, Control of Unmanned Vehicles, Application of Artificial Intelligence to Modeling and Control, and Autonomous Motion of Bio-inspired Robots.
