See B.13 Credit in Courses by Special Assessment (Challenge Examinations).

In exceptional instances and with approval of both the department/school offering the course and the Associate Dean, students can obtain course credit by special assessment.

Students may count no more than 30 units completed by special assessment towards a degree.
