The University does not issue duplicate parchment; however, due to extraordinary circumstances, a replacement parchment may be issued. The Degree Reprint Form can be found online at: live-ucalgary.ucalgary.ca/registrar/student-centre/student-forms. The new parchment will be marked "duplicate" with the date it was reprinted. A fee will apply.
