An “RM” may only be used once per course. An “RM” is a permanent notation on the student record. Students will be required to register in the course for a second attempt. Following completion of the second attempt, a “CR” or “F” grade can only be applied. A maximum of two “RM” per degree program may be permitted. Faculties may set more restrictive criteria. Faculties are not required to use the RM symbol.
